Northwest Texas Healthcare is a leader in healthcare in the Panhandle region, serving as a destination referral center for the Texas Panhandle, Eastern New Mexico, Southeast Colorado, the Oklahoma Panhandle and Southwest Kansas. It is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. We also operate the Texas Panhandle’s only Heart Hospital and Children’s Hospital, as well as the highest Maternal recognition in the Panhandle, in addition to a number of specialty services. Our academic affiliation with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center offers a unique clinical training and learning experience for students and residents.
