Learn how to manage your diabetes at this free, one-day class at Northwest Texas Health System. The Diabetes Center at Northwest is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting national diabetes self-management standards.
According to the requirements for recognition from the American Diabetes Association, patients must have an individual assessment prior to attending a group class. This includes a physician’s referral and a copy of their labs.
